This experience is for everyone who wants to increase the creative potential within their teams and organisations. The course will take you on a journey into the creation and leadership of motivated and high performing teams, rich learning spaces and powerful creative approaches.
CSR has a bespoke workshop programme developed in collaboration with KaosPilots and the University of Portsmouth.
The programme is delivered by the exceptional lecturers and partners of KaosPilots over 3 days. The platform is called opportunity-based-pedagogy (i.e. to see, understand, create and act upon opportunities) Work is centered on group collaboration and the team uses various techniques to develop ideas, and energizing games to galvanize the working spirit. It gives each leader a readiness to go in – and to be able to improvise. Respond to what is rather than what you thought would happen and to learn how to lead teams to create extraordinary and meaningful outcomes.
CSR has successfully taken over 100 leaders to ‘Kaos’ and back again …. the 2017 experience has just been completed. We will update this page with details of the next opportunity to visit KaosPilots, meanwhile if you want to register your interest or would like some additional information on the opportunities that exist through CSR for creative leadership and creative exploration please email email@example.com
The KaosPilots business school and consultancy is located on the waterfront in Aarhus, Denmark.
