The first step in an evolving journey to ensure that young voices are not just heard, but listened to.
The Wellbeing Club Podcast is a groundbreaking initiative designed by young people, for young people – creating a safe, inclusive and supportive space to discuss emotional wellbeing.
In collaboration with the Council of Social Responsibility (CSR), #BeeWell, and SPARK Community Space, this project empowers young people to take ownership of their own narratives, contributing to meaningful discussions that resonate with their peers, professionals, and caregivers.
Through real-life stories and open, informal conversations, young people will share their personal experiences, providing valuable insight and education for listeners of all ages.
This podcast is so much more than just a platform for discussion; it is a catalyst for change, breaking down barriers and fostering a deeper understanding of mental health challenges faced by young people today.
This initiative prioritises youth voice, with young people involved in every stage of the process, from choosing themes to hosting episodes and shaping the content.
The podcast will explore key topics such as bullying, social media, loneliness, anxiety, puberty, and mental health diagnoses, while also providing practical support, expert insight, and resources.

Looking Ahead…
This project is not just about storytelling, it’s about creating lasting change. By equipping young people with the tools to speak out, educate, and connect, The Wellbeing Club will help bridge the gap between young people, professionals, and families, transforming the way emotional wellbeing is understood and supported in communities and making sure these powerful voices are truly heard.
