EDUCATOR MASTERCLASS

2016 APRIL – CSR in association with the University of Winchester hosted an Educator Masterclass, led and delivered by Kaospilot lecturer Kasper Arentoft.

A 4 day course designed to challenge educational techniques and responses through collaboration, the art of back casting http://kaospilotshop.bigcartel.com/product/vision-backcasting-framework ( this link has an image of back casting if you can get the image and put it in even better and lose the link !) and truthful feedback sessions. Without exception all who attended experienced significant growth in their approaches to educating, be they clergy or lay.
