Our people

The Revd Canon Nick Ralph

Executive Director CSR

Nick’s commitment and knowledge base for CSR is legendary, alongside this he also heads up Launchpads Social Enterprise (LSE) and Paintpots ( a chain of social enterprise nurseries ) - his talent lies in an entrepreneurial vision and ability to select and engage a great team. In his spare time he can sometimes be seen kite surfing in Hayling Island.

Karen Jordan

GNN Team Leader

Karen heads up the team for GNN – offering a wealth of knowledge across safeguarding and volunteer coordination - her ‘special power’ is in her relational building – her very favourite thing about the Network is the people.

Stephen Dominy

GNN Network Advisor

Stephen now works alongside Karen to support the Good Neighbours Network, helping communities connect, thrive, and make a real difference to the people around them. Bringing his trademark sense of humour, strong communication skills, and knack for solving problems, Stephen is passionate about building relationships, supporting volunteers, and ensuring the network continues to grow from strength to strength.

Siobhan Butt

Counselling Service Manager

Siobhan first joined GNN as an Energy Adviser, working alongside Stephen, before bringing her passion for supporting people into the health and wellbeing sector. She is now the Counselling Service Manager for Compass Counselling, where she leads the service with the same warmth, dedication, and endless positivity. Her compassionate approach and wealth of experience ensure both colleagues and clients feel supported every step of the way.
Lydia Galloway

Lydia Galloway

Emotional Health & Wellbeing Manager (Children & Young People)

Lydia is back from maternity leave and once again leading our Gather and Create programme and The Wellbeing Club Podcast. Bringing plenty of creativity, enthusiasm, and a well-honed ability to juggle multiple conversations at once (thanks to life with a little one!), she's excited to be back supporting young people, developing new ideas, and proving that sleep is, in fact, optional.
