KaosPilot Creative Leadership and CSR – make people and ideas grow
This experience is for everyone who wants to increase the creative potential in themselves and within their teams and organisations. The course will take you on a journey into the creation and leadership of motivated and high performing teams, rich learning spaces and powerful creative approaches.
CSR has a bespoke workshop programme that has been co-produced with KaosPilots and the University of Portsmouth.
The programme is delivered by the exceptional lecturers and partners of KaosPilots over 4 days. The platform is called opportunity-based-pedagogy (i.e. to see, understand, create and act upon opportunities) Work is centered on group collaboration and the team uses various techniques to develop ideas, and energizing games to galvanize the working spirit. It gives each leader a readiness to go in – and to be able to improvise. Respond to what is rather than what you thought would happen and to learn how to lead teams to create extraordinary and meaningful outcomes.
